RETURN POLICY

In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 calendar days after you received your order. Changes and refunds take place only as long as the product is returned in its original condition.

For product exchanges within Greece or from other countries, the shipping cost is charged to the customers. If, for any reason, you choose not to exchange the product or get a voucher, and you wish for a refund, the shipping cost is withdrawn from the refund. The same applies to orders with free shipping. If the product was included to a free shipping order, the shipping cost is withdrawn from the refund. In case of product defect, our company is charged with the shipping cost. 

Refunds take place within 14 calendar days after we receive the product. The customer is responsible for the product until we receive it. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package with a delivery company that offers shipment insurance. If you choose the courier company we have a collaboration with, you may be benefited by an offer. The shipping cost can be added to future orders or be withdrawn from the refund. If you choose to mail the package, we have the right to refuse to take the delivery since all packages are required to be delivered to our address. 

Products purchased with a discount of 50% or more as well as products from previous collections are accepted only for exchanges and vouchers and not for refunds. The same applies to gift cards. The voucher lasts for 1 year and can be used for all collections.

When returning a product, please include the receipt as well as all the information required for the exchange or the refund to take place.

In case of product exchange, the new product will be delivered to the address you provided to the original order. For any change in your shipping address, please contact us via email at info@allover.gr or call  +302106844231.

In case you used our newsletter discount code (10%) for your initial order, the discount will be excluded  from the exchange.

In case of product exchange from other countries, the difference and the shipping cost should be given to Allover in the form of a bank deposit. For the exact amount and our banking information, you will be contacted via email.
